Q2. Are your pieces handmade?

Yes ! Every KAIA piece is individually handcrafted in Lahore by skilled artisans. No mass production, no shortcuts. Each piece is made just for you. We do not follow fleeting trends, our jewellery is designed to be timeless, made to last, and meant to be passed down.

Q3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 2 weeks (working days) for your jewellery to be made and dispatched. Because each piece is crafted with care, precision, and detail, this time ensures quality you can feel. Trust us — it’s worth the wait.

Q4. Do you offer delivery worldwide?

Yes, KAIA offers worldwide shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Q5. Can I request custom designs? 

Yes, we occasionally accept custom orders depending on design complexity and availability. Please contact us for inquiries.

Q6. Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in texture, finish, or colour may occur. These details are part of the uniqueness and beauty of each piece.

Q7. How should I care for my KAIA jewellery?

Keep your jewellery in a dry, sealed pouch.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals.
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

Q8. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are only possible if a product arrives damaged, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
