KAIA jewellery is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in nature. Due to this process, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are not defects but a reflection of artisanal craftsmanship. We aim to present products as accurately as possible, though minor differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our Site.

5. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. KAIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified and fully refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Because each KAIA piece is handcrafted, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, craftsmanship requirements, courier delays, or customs processing. KAIA is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping or logistics partners.

7. Customs & Import Duties
For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. KAIA is not liable for these charges.

8. Returns & Exchanges
All KAIA products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@kaiadesigns.com within 3 days of receiving your order. After inspection and verification, we will offer an exchange for an item of the same value or higher, subject to availability.

KAIA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
